do you have a storefront?

no, Fancy Gray is an online retail store only, but we do offer free shipping on all usa and canadian orders. return shipping is also free. 

although, we also participate and some exclusive pop ups, so sign up for our news list to keep up with pop up dates.

where are your diamonds and gemstones from?
all of our designer diamonds and stunning gemstones are 100% conflict free and ethically sourced. our diamonds and gemstones are sourced from a single purpose manufacturer and only from certified diamond and gemstone mines, then produced by a team of skilled diamond cutters.


our solid 14k white and yellow gold rings are made from the highest quality gold,  hand designed right here in Los Angeles, CA.

what are your staple designs?

our staples line are dainty ring designs using natural diamonds and gemstones that will always be readily available in multiple sizes and 14k solid gold colors. they are basics, like the white t-shirt, that look great on their own or layered with more. you start with us, layer, and begin your day.  

what is the one of a kind line?

these are rings carefully designed and created with you in mind. each ring is completely unique from the next and there is only one available. each one housing natural designer diamonds and gemstones set in 14k solid gold. because these rings are unique and one of a kind, they are limited to only that one. once it is sold, it is gone forever. we release new limited designs every month so stay connected to learn what's new. 

when will i receive my order?

we pride ourselves on getting you your rings as quick as possible. most orders placed monday-friday will be shipped out within 48hours. during high volume shipping periods it may take up to 72 hours. you will receive a confirmation via email with the tracking number once your ring is shipped.

we do not ship on saturdays and sundays, so any orders placed after 1pm pacific time, will be shipped out the following business day.

what are my shipping options?

shipping is completely free for usa and canadian orders.
on all free shipping, items will be shipped standard registered mail, 2-4 business days after placing the order.
each item will be tracked and insured, and typically takes 1-3 business days locally and 5-7 business days when shipping across the nation.


Internationally, it typically takes 4-7 business days, but can take as long as 14 business days, dependent on the area. international shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Fancy Gray is not responsible for any international duties, taxes and VAT due upon arrival for any international shipping.

we also offer FedEx standard overnight, overnight priority and saturday delivery. additional charges will apply. these options will be available to you upon checkout.

can i cancel my order?

if you wish to cancel an order that you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel" along with your order number, so we can try and locate your order and stop it prior to our shipping team shipping it out to you.

can i change or make changes to my order?

please contact us at hello@fancygray.com if you'd like to change or add to your order. due to high order volumes, we cannot guarantee the request, but we will always do our best to accommodate any change request.

can i exchange my ring if i ordered the wrong size?

as our rings are one of a kind, the only way to adjust the size is by re-sizing it professionally. but don't stress, we got you! simply contact us at hello@fancygray.com and we will send you a return shipping label to re-size it for you. re-sizing can take up to 7 days to complete, but it is only because we are perfectionists. once complete we will return your correctly fitting ring back to you.

do i have to pay for return shipping costs?

return shipping is on us! when returning an ring to us for any reason, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. 

unfortunately we are unable to process return shipping labels for international orders via our current couriers. 

repair and cleaning procedure
we will resize and *repair any Fancy Gray ring for free! and the shipping is on us.
simply send your request for re-sizing or repair to hello@fancygray.com. upon approval, please ship the item and we will carry out your request as needed.
